THE CRESCENDO

A residential complex composed of two buildings, "The Staccato" and "The Legato." To create unity between the buildings both are named after piano rhythms and feature shareable community amenities, providing an all-new rhythmic living experience specific to the South Bronx.
THE LEGATO
/ lɪˈɡɑː.toʊ / A manner that is smooth and connected
A six-story building of 108 residences singularly connected with a quiet room on each floor and a conveniently located laundry parlor. The building has a designated north-facing lobby for entry and exit. As the name denotes, it's long and smoothly connected allowing a seamless flow of mobility throughout the building and the complex.
THE STACCATO
/ stəˈkädō / Marked by short clear-cut playing or singing of tones or chords
A six-story building of 22 residences singularly connected with a quiet room on each floor and a conveniently located laundry parlor. The building has a designated south-facing lobby for entry and exit. As the name denotes, The Staccato is the smallest building within the complex, although made up of large residential spaces
