Mott Haven, previously an industrial area, is now a hub for those looking to move to the NYC area. This South Bronx area is bound by East 149th Street to the north, the Bronx Kill waterway to the south and stretches from the Harlem River to the Bruckner Expressway. Nearby neighborhoods include Port Morris, Melrose, Woodstock, Concourse, and Highbridge.
